Our team takes care of all things related to financial management of the company. This means financial accounting and financial processes as well as reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. We’re also responsible for monitoring and analyzing the company’s financial performance, as well as fundraising and cash management. Taking care that Dispelix as a company follows the rules regarding all the relevant corporate governance and compliance regulations is another part of our job.
Our HR team looks after everything to do with the people side of things. That means recruiting new talent and bringing new employees onboard with our orientation program, looking after the well-being of our people, and managing the benefits they receive. Part of our work is also to create and maintain all our HR-related policies such as our code of conduct and equality policies.
